inCONTEXT Pricing
Because inCONTEXT uses intelligent applications that can each manage large amounts of information and generate hundreds of customized pages to view information, our systems are not priced by the page. Instead, we define packages based on how many software components will be used in the site and the general amount of content that will be stored. All inCONTEXT packages include:
  • a secure online database
  • multiple level access for secure content management or member only areas.
  • 20 email boxes with support for autoresponders.
  • Free Webmail (upon request)
  • Graphical site statistics
  • Basic account management components.
Specialized packages below allow you to implement a variety of websites. The price quoted is the starting price of the package and covers all graphics design and development. Stock imagery and customization is an additional cost. Depending on the general amount of content to be added to the site, the price can increase. The monthly fee covers website hosting, maintanance an a small usage fee for each application.

The CollaborationSite can be used by businesses that have multiple partners, departments or affiliates that they want to exchange information with or present information about online. The internet site becomes the hub for information exchange. Partners and affiliates can become contributors to the site.

The Standard Suite contains the following basic components:
  • InContext Automation Server - provides management of the site information and controlled access to the site for updates.
  • ArticleManager - used to layout most of the site content. Enables image placements, documents and files to be associated with online articles.
  • eForms - email forms that allow instant feedback to be received from visitors via email. They can be integrated anywhere within the site.
  • WebCalendar - for sharing upcoming events, seminars, and training information with partners
  • Web Directory - for creating a partner directory, partner profile pages, or displaying categorized information content.
  • Up to 30 sections of content.
Options:
  • Online Newsletter software uses the Article Manager to create an online multipage newletter. ($ 75/page setup and $ 20/month)
  • Email Distribution software for email based communication with partners. ($ 250 setup, $ .03 per email)
  • PollServer online polling software. ($ 100 / polling site setup and $ 20/month)
  • Customizations are performed at our web programming rate of $ 75/hr
  • Stock imagery is an additional cost.
